I give you, 31 days of breakfasts in Bangkok. If you follow my instagram page, you will know that breakfast is definitely my absolute-favourite meal of the day. It has become a habit of mine to shoot my daily fix to show the world what I munch on each morning. Looking through my archive, two things certain: 1) I NEVER skip breakfast 2) I always take the time to make a decent coffee in the morning.

A note on my morning coffee: At home, I keep freshly roasted beans in my fridge from a local roaster. Because I always like to support local, my coffee here in Bangkok is usually a Thai single origin that I brew in either an aeropress or a french press for about 4-5 mins. Each morning I grind fresh beans before brewing. This makes for an incredible smell that puts a smile on my face and sets the mood for the day (or at least the rest of the morning anyway… because life sometimes adds a few unexpected speed bumps in my pathway). A post on how I make coffee each morning is soon to come (stay tuned).
