Keeping in shape is a constant effort, and even a little bit of exercise done daily can make a huge difference to how you feel. They say that habits form during your twenties, but we don’t believe that here. A fitness routine can be picked up and put into use at any age, and it’s always easier to do some daily activity rather than gaining a few and trying to smash yourself with an intense boot camp. Maintenance is key.
Our pals all over seem to agree with us. On the road, it can be easy to make excuses to sleep in just that little longer, but sometimes an early run or sunset power walk can be an incredible way to experience a new city. During Paris mens fashion week, we asked our favourite designers, models, and power ladies to show us how they feel the burn on the road. We start with a plank-off with Nigel Cabourn, a 9kg medicine ball toss with Derek Buse, stair running with our beauty model Sofia, squats with super woman Alex Tangs, and leg lifts with our girl Friday a.k.a Stacey Cotter.
