This past week I was travelling around Myanmar, looking at the wonderful style that locals wear without care, and feasting on some of the tastiest curries in the world. Up in the mountain region of Inle, I went to many textile factories and silversmiths to see how things were done, and I can honestly say that I have learned a buttload to share with y’all. Things like using soap nut to polish silver was a wonderful technique that I will use myself at home, as well as making use of your head to carry shoulder bags (cooooooool). This geek had a blast. Big thanks to Yvan Rodic of Face Hunter blog for taking me on such a great excursion.
