I have always believed that style (as opposed to fashion) is something that cannot be bought, but can only be lived. Someway, somehow, Engineered Garments translate this intangible thing that is style into their pieces – and boy can they nail a jacket. I would say my favourite blazer in the world is my EG one. It is effortlessly smart while not giving the appearance of being super tailored. It says, ‘I’m awesome’ without an inch of embarrassment or care. If it could talk, it would tell you that it’s never gonna give up on you, and will show you kindness even when you are rough with it. This preview of their spring summer 2014 collection makes me excited for the future. So much unquestionable authority, so much badass without even trying.
