A great fabric has the power to elevate design and give life to it, thanks to the way it was made, or perhaps the history it carries within its fibres. When we get dressed we should consider the appropriateness of a fabric to the occasion, climate, or perhaps the mood we might be in that day.

To welcome the balmy world of W’menswear Spring Summer 17 to our Universe, we shot a short film to celebrate moments, creation, and stinky train rides with little dialogue.

Buying denim, or buying a pair of jeans is a really big decision for a lot of us. Our research into women at work during WW2 has lead us down this elegant pathway that painted a platform in the discourse of feminine identity. We are fascinated with the idea that women express their femininity, not only instinctually but in pushing our ability and intellects. That’s why we draw so much inspiration from the greatness that grew from this romantic era.
